Exchange & Return Policy

Purchased items can be returned or exchanged 14 days from purchase date. All items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. If an item(s) is damaged in any way, returns can be completed within 2 days from delivery.

Any return or exchange item(s) will not be refunded with the shipping charges, as they have already been incurred by us, and an extra shipping charge will apply. We will refund the product(s) purchase amount only.

In the case that a product was purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or during a sales campaigns, we have the right not to accept the return. Replacement is only possible if the product is proven to have a defect. This return request should be done within 2 days from delivery date.

Teethers, pacifiers and baby bottles, swimwear, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
