Cancellation Policy

Please note that any orders that we are unable to accept must be cancelled.

Products that are in limited supply, errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our fraud avoidance department, and cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders will end up in cancellation. We may also require additional verification before accepting any orders. We will contact customers if all or any portion of an order is cancelled or modified.

If any order is cancelled after a credit card has been charged, the debited amount will be refunded back into the account.
